No support because it was ordered from Amazon...BS, its your unit regardless where its purchased from....out of the box it wouldn't start on propane, I believe the propane supply hose is faulty, yet its a garbage proprietary hose that nobody including Champion has, wasted several hundred dollars on this generator, will NEVER recommend or buy another Champion product.  Seems the Predator I looked at originally would have been the way to go.

Far from impressed with Champion and their customer support.

Junk and Terrible Customer Support

Firstly customer service was great.i read many reviews prior to purchase with intention to use with propane only. Carefully read and followed manual instructions and started several times with no issues. Bought the 12' LP hose for my RV setup and it didnt want to start. Concluded more initail pulls on the choke setting were needed to pressurize the longer hose and that did the trick amd started right up. Mostly did test runs to get the 5hrs then changed oil as recommended. Great product.
