Firstly customer service was great.i read many reviews prior to purchase with intention to use with propane only. Carefully read and followed manual instructions and started several times with no issues. Bought the 12' LP hose for my RV setup and it didnt want to start. Concluded more initail pulls on the choke setting were needed to pressurize the longer hose and that did the trick amd started right up. Mostly did test runs to get the 5hrs then changed oil as recommended. Great product.

This little generator seems to work well. I ran it for a test run of about 4 hours so far. I modified the regulator assembly to accept a hose that plugs into my RV bbq hose connection. It will run my entire camper, including the 13,500 BTU A/C. Peace of mind having a backup when relaxing on vacation.

This little but powerful inverter can run more than I thought plus runs nicely and quietly on propane which can stay fresh in a tank for years which gasoline can't do. I would highly recommend this model and recommend you purchase the Champion fitted cover to protect it while in storage as it fits nicely!

Best dand duel fuel inverter generator on the market. Fires right up on 1 pull after you follow the directions. Love the fact that it run on either gas or propane. During hurricane Beryl gas lines was crazy long. 2 hour wait for gas. But not me I went to local propane company and got my bottles filled in 10 minutes. This inverter generator will run my 10,000 btu ac unit or a 5,000 btu and deep freezer. Best purchase I have ever made. Highly recommended anything Champion

Great quality and first one ever owned. I was going with other red brand and fellow RV'ers let me know that you could save great deal with comparable quality and performance with Champion Inverter. I listened read reviews and am glad I did. Very pleased with packing, start up instructions, performance (starts right up), quietness and smooth running. Have run on gas and propane. Glad I listened.

Was a victim of hurricane Beryl in the past few days. I can say that I made my purchase at the right time just a couple weeks before the storm. This thing runs like a top and is very fuel efficient. Kept my fridge cold and even ran a little window a/c for the really hot parts of the day. Would recommend this to everyone.

We had a tornado come through here a couple of weeks ago. No damage for me but power was off for a day. I've read about this one and with a soft start on my R.V. air conditioner it easily powers the RV and keeping me cool. It's quiet and runs for a long time using propane.

First generator I've owned. Took it on a three week Rv trip to use when boon docking. Not enough output using propane to run AC but the gas option did the trick overnight at a Cracker Barrel. I will need to purchase another and run them in parallel to get the needed output. I chose this model in hope that it would run the AC but knew it was on the edge. I didn't want a large generator because of the weight so two smaller ones will be ideal!

Love the price, seems of good quality, but when it runs at idle (on propane or gas) it has a very slight sputter to it. When I open the maintenance panel and the unit is running, the problem seems to go away. Poor design? Air flow issues? Starving intake? Messaged the company, but no reply as of yet.

Purchased to operate freezer & gas furnace (12 LRA and 4 running amps combined) during power failure. I will use propane only due ethanol issue. Very hard starting on propane. Instructions useless. Replacement propane regulator requires minimum 6 pulls on choke. I'm 83, so it's difficult. Best feature. It's 39 lbs. I can carry it.
