Excellent! Our family loves Red Velvet cake and cheese cake. Combining two of our favorites was a real hit at Christmas.

One of the best red velvet desserts I have ever had. Cake part is very most and the cream cheese frosting is so creamy. It melts in your mouth.

The cake portion tastes like a devil's food box cake. It is red in color but it does not have the red velvet flavor.

This makes for the perfect holiday dessert! This cake requires a few hours to defrost but, that is easily done in the fridge overnight! Take it out and allow it to get to room temperature before serving! The taste is fresh. The pre-cut slices allows the cheesecake it to be served with ease! A must buy.
