Ok, so I am a seasoned home cook who has gone through many sets of non-stick pots and pans over the years, even the ones that claimed to have a lifetime warranty (lol, ya right). I have only had my Henckles Capri 10 Pc set for a couple months but boy am I loving them! They are just the right weight and size, so easy to cook with, super easy to clean and I'm hoping these will be my forever pans because I don't want to ever part with them.

Excellent quality and keeps its finish. Heat distribution is better than other brands. Cool handle. Easy to wash without any sticking.

I am impressed with the versatility and that they can go from stovetop to oven. I absolutely cannot wait to start cooking with them tonight!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, the quality and versatility of this set outweigh the value even though this set is reasonably priced. We recently got out of the cast iron business because being a vegetarian and pescatarian and not using animal-based oils, except butter; cast iron pans aren't performing and things stick. The weight of these pans are perfect and easier on the misses. Food just slides out without and effort and things cook evenly with very little heat. It's early in the durability stage but will update in 6 months.

I received these pans for Christmas and I really like them so far. They swipe clean with no effort and the non surface has been great. I know they say you can use metal utensils but haven't tried that and don't plan to since I have the plastic ones. The handles do get hot with my gas stove.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love cooking with the Henckels pots and pans set. The sleek and modern design go perfectly with our newly remodeled kitchen. We chose the black color and it looks great in our very white and light gray kitchen theme. I really like the large flat cooking surface since we have an electric stovetop and it helps to cook the food more evenly. The nonstick is amazing and you don’t need to even add any oil to prevent food from sticking. Great to cook with and super easy to clean so you don’t have to spend lots of time washing… you can sit and enjoy your food instead. Best part is that it is dishwasher friendly. Definitely recommend this for home cooks that do a lot of cooking!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were replacing 10 year-old non-stick Calphalon cookware that served us well. Initially we got Hexclad, but were not impressed. These passed the egg test with flying colors (it slid off like an infomercial) and brown things nicely, too. I’m hoping they hold up well.

This set is Made in Italy and of quality material. Food cooks evenly and the durability of the coating is amazing...no flaking! ....Grazie assai!
