This is a very nice chair. It is not leather but it sure feels like it. It was taking a chance never sitting in it because some chairs feel good others don't. This one does. Ours actually came with a few scratches on the table from shipping. Krissy in customer service only asked for a pic and then sent a new one out right away. Good customer service.

The built-in charging port is very cool. The power recline button works easily. The built-in cupholder is convenient.

Steel reclining mechanism. Well built and comfortable. Easy to maintain.

Beautiful chair, are uses for my office and it's very comfortable. I also love the lighted cup holders.

Chair too narrow, backrest has no neck support, back of chair doesn’t stand in upright position, and plug to electric is not secure

Broke within a week or so, power recline would not go back down and was locked out and the outlets in armrest all died. Chair was a complete joke.

The chair is alot smaller than it appears. My husband is 6' 2" and his legs hung over, so if you're a tall or larger person i do not recommend.

This chair was built by real craftsmen. It’s the best recliner I have ever purchase, and I have purchased a few over the years.

Easy to assemble and works well. First power recliner I've ever had so that has taken some acclimating, I'm thinking I got a great price as well.
