I have always made our own pecan pies for years because I have never found a store pie that was good. After reading all the good reviews on this pie plus knowing Sam's has some very good bakery products, I decided to buy the pecan pie so I wouldn't have to bake one. First, it's a beautiful pie. It is very large, golden brown flaky crust, covered in whole pecans. It has a generous ratio of the actual filling. It tastes wonderful, exactly like homemade. The only problem I found was the consistency of the filling. It is literally like an epoxy glue clump. I get that it's sugar and sugar gets sticky, but this is beyond sticky. It comes out like a glob of rubber which is a bit off-putting. I'm going to assume it's a stabilizer that keeps it from weeping or running.But it's creepy. I'll have to try another slice and try heating it up to see if it will loosen up. But it is a delicious pie.

Fairly good, but not as good as homemade. Still better than most store brand pecan pies. Good price.

I make a dang good Southern Pecan Pie, but simply ran out of time. Grabbed this one and was pleasantly surprised. Huge pie, good price, and quite tasty! Might have to try another one at Christmas!

This HUGE pie is not only delicious, but at great price, too! There was a friendly stand-off for the last piece (I won). I recommend this pie whenever it's being offered.

I purchased this pie for the holidays and was so pleased with the quality and flavor that I ordered two more. I freeze the slices. They warm up nicely in the microwave.

One of the best pecan pies out there, my family loves it so much that we look forward to having it during the holidays (Thanksgiving and Christmas) every year!

These pecan pies are consistently delicious. If I need a pie for guests or a potluck this is my go to. Everyone wants my recipe, they think it’s homemade!

I had before this kind of pie but the last one was dry over cooked and terrible 😣 . Always my favorite pie is the pecan pie but the last one was terrible. Walmart pecan pie way way better than Sam’s and that was un expected 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️.

This was so delicious & fresh. And the largest pecan pie ive seen. I will continue buying. Its a winner at any party, holiday or just anytime pie/dessert.
