Look this pie!!!

Taste just like homemade!!!

I have always made our own pecan pies for years because I have never found a store pie that was good. After reading all the good reviews on this pie plus knowing Sam's has some very good bakery products, I decided to buy the pecan pie so I wouldn't have to bake one. First, it's a beautiful pie. It is very large, golden brown flaky crust, covered in whole pecans. It has a generous ratio of the actual filling. It tastes wonderful, exactly like homemade. The only problem I found was the consistency of the filling. It is literally like an epoxy glue clump. I get that it's sugar and sugar gets sticky, but this is beyond sticky. It comes out like a glob of rubber which is a bit off-putting. I'm going to assume it's a stabilizer that keeps it from weeping or running.But it's creepy. I'll have to try another slice and try heating it up to see if it will loosen up. But it is a delicious pie.

We always buy 3 pecan pies for Christmas, the last few years we've purchased them from Sam's. No issue in the past, but this years pies are not very good. The crust is different; hard and difficult to cut into slices, and you need I knife when you eat them.

Fairly good, but not as good as homemade. Still better than most store brand pecan pies. Good price.

The pie filling is pretty good, the crust is standard grocery store fair, nothing to get excited over. Overall an excellent value for a store bought pie.

I had before this kind of pie but the last one was dry over cooked and terrible 😣 . Always my favorite pie is the pecan pie but the last one was terrible. Walmart pecan pie way way better than Sam’s and that was un expected 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️.

My family of Pecan Pie Lovers said this one was one of their best. I froze it in advance and thawed it out. It was perfect in texture and taste. They are keeping the second pie in the freezer for a Christmas celebration.

I was skeptical paying this much for a pie but I didn’t have time to make a homemade one The crust was average but the pie was full of pecans and the filling was sweet but not too sweet A good pie overall

Always look forward to this time of year when the pumpkin and pecan pies are available. They are delicious and the prices very reasonable and less than what it would cost to make the pie at home.
