Honestly I didn't expect much. Gluten-free baked goods have a weird texture but these brownies completely surprised me. They are rich with fudge and very close to the classic brownie mix. If you have someone in your family who needs to avoid gluten this is an easy way to make a dessert everyone can enjoy.

This is the most delicious gluten-free recipe. I love it. I do replace the oil with apples sauce because I don't tolerate oils very well. They gave me the same symptoms as gluten. If you need to be egg free, you can use an egg substitute. I also add nuts as I like the added protein.

This mix is great! For those who do not eat gluten free products will find this delicious.
