Good value

Almost half of the pepper corns poured out into a pot full of ground beef. Grinder cap came loose. We thought we were at fault until I checked the reviews. In the last two months, several customers had previously complained about the grinder cap popping out of the bottle and it is just outrageously ridiculous for Sam's Club not to pull the product off the shelves. Maybe it should have a warning label that says "Use it only over garbage can." Bought it last November 25, 2019, just used it today, December 6, 2019.

Ordered a set of salt and pepper shakers because we don't have a local Sam's Club. We had used the shakers in a restaurant and liked them so much we ordered them. However, we could tell that it looked slightly damaged when they arrived. It seemed like they were fixed but after the first use the pepper shaker broke which was very disappointing. Also says that it is ineligible for return. I guess we will keep the peppercorns to put in the old shaker so they don't go to waste.

Package came with the grinder open and all the peppercorns were loose in the box

Fresh cracked black pepper at my fingertips. This sits on the back of my stove and is used throughout the day.

Great product gave it 4 stars because I preferred the plastic container. The glass just makes it heavier and less forgiving if dropped.

This is a great product and the size of the bottle is perfect. Its easy to use and grinds very easily. It taste great on food.

These are amazing! Best ones I have used in a long time. Only have used on fine setting so far but will buy again!
