As expected

My husband and I prefer the pepper grinder and the taste is wonderful. My only reason for the med score, once it’s done , you throw away the container. There is no refilling!

This is such a good and easy to use pepper mill! I love the design, it is sleek looking and pleasing to the eye...and the pepper taste great! It is also very easy to use unlike other pepper grinders i've used.

Beautiful heavy glass spice grinder mills filled with only real all natural ingredients. There are four of these beautifully designed grinders, i.e. Lemon black peppercorn/pink Himalayan salt chunks/White sea salt chunks/black peppercorns. I bought four sets of these for me and my sons’ families because, once they saw them, they wanted a set for themselves. I should have just bought them all at one time, but I did not realize how luxurious and heavy duty they were nor that everyone who sees them wants them.

Unlike the salt and pepper grinders you see in most grocery chains, these are large enough to last. You can select between fine (to me looks like normal iodized salt and ground pepper on this setting), Medium (you can actually see the salt crystals and pepper grinds, though they are still only specks and not in any recognizable form.), Finally my favorite Course, think Olive Garden all you can eat salad, and the stingy guy with the grinder (not only can you immediately recognize it pepper m, but you can smell a slight aroma). These setting will allow you to properly prepare many recipes, and yes it matters. Contrary to what you would think course ground salt tastes the lest like salt, whereas the fine is where you need to be careful not to over salt. I can’t explain it, I’m not a chemist, that is just the way it seems to work. Strangely enough or maybe not. Pepper it the wax act opposite, the fine grain, is what I use when I want the contrast that pepper can add to certain dishes, especially sweet or sour dishes where you need to tone it down, but don’t want the taste of pepper to stand out. As I stated, the course pepper is in disagreement with the subtle taste of the curse ground salt. The Course Pepper is loud, and brash, it wants to be noticed, and its bite will ensure it is noticed. This goes well with salads as you have probably already guessed, but also can be effective my used in gravies and other sauces based on the statement you wish to make. There is a reason almost every recipe calls for salt, and most for pepper, Experiment and enjoy all spices, they can be amazing blends into your meals. These grinders just make it easier for the home cooks.

The Members Mark grinders are simply the best. We haven’t used anything else since our first purchase of them years ago. They are smooth when grinding and require very little effort. Even our small children are able to use them. I myself have arthritis, neurological pain, and a history of carpal tunnel on my right side; I’m never in pain when using these grinders like I use to be with other brands. I’m not a fan for electric grinders either, they disperse very little at a time. But not the members mark grinders, they are a good amount for one turn of the grinder. I’m a happy camper about these.

Now let me tell you pepper is awesome love this grinder, but I would say never ever order online for delivery!!!!!!!! First order both grinders had their tops off. Wasted over half of the pepper corns. The second delivery to replace the first both had their tops popped off and me of the grinders were broken. If you can pick this up at the store you are good to go, but I would not recommend having it delivered!!!!

I only bought this because you did not have ungrounded black pepper without the grinder.
