I think it will be a very durable mattress. It offers great support and is very cooling as it has the cool feel fabric. It has the 5 zone support which are memory and support foam.

When I laid on the bare mattress I could feel the cooling technology. However, I only had cotton sheets so once I added those the bed was definitely a little warmer to lay on but I think the cooling technology still helped to keep the temperature down more than a traditional mattress with cotton sheets. I love that when I lay down I feel my body sink down into the memory foam.
