I purchased two and originally was very happy with the sturdiness of the product. Unfortunately within a few months, the latches on the lids of both boxes broke causing the top to disconnect from the base. I contacted the manufacturer, but they were unwilling to help. If only one of the lids had broken I would have understood, but since they broke on both items I believe this is part of a larger quality issue. I would not recommend this product or manufacturer.

My Dad lives in an “Assisted Living Complex with a small Back Yard. I gave him a Battery Powered yard Blower to keep his small yard clear of leaves, but didn’t have much room to store indoors. So this was a Great item to store his tools just outside his back door. It blends in so it’s not really visible. You can even add a small lock to make it more secure.

I wanted something to store hot tub chemicals, gardening tools so I wouldn’t have to keep dragging them from the garage every time. This was a great size and can be used as an extra seat on a small screened back porch. Easy to assemble, no tools needed, just snapped together snuggly. So far it has kept everything inside nice and dry even through major thunderstorm.

I immediately was thrilled when I started to assemble this outdoor storage box for my patio. It would have been the perfect size to store 4 seat cushions while also being used as a side table between 2 chairs. Unfortunately as I went to install the last piece which was the top, the corner was broken. Tried replacing - out of stock. Returned to store - only available as online purchase. Really bummed. Why doesn't Sam's offer the option to notify the customer when an item is back in stock. Still willing to buy another one that hopefully isn't broken.

I was excited to find a patio box that is the PERFECT size to store my patio chair cushions! After 2 days of rain, we took the cushions out of the box tonight for dinner on the patio, however, when the cushions were taken out, they were dripping in water. So disappointing! Unfortunately, I had no intention of returning the box so I did not keep the box it was in when I purchased it and I'm not sure if I will be able to return it. The box is a great size for 3-5 chair cushions, however, it will not work for my uncovered patio.

I brought this storage box so UPS,FEDEX,Amazon and the USPS could all put my packages in it during the winter months! it really hold’s large package and boxes, they have all used it and my package aren’t in the open where it temp’s porch pirate’s. We loved it so much we ordered one for our neighbors for the wedding gift! They were also thrilled with it!!! They both came in just a few days and there was no damage to either one.

Any kind of warranty claim representation by Keter should be taken with a grain of salt. When attempting to get a replacement for a defective cover/top on a purchase of a 30 gal deck box, Keter replied that they don’t stock the part and that I should return the item to store that it was purchased from. How do you warranty something for a year or two but don’t have parts for an item purchased within a week. My only option is to return the item, as I’m unable to exchange it because it is out of stock. So now I must disassemble the assembled box, repackage it and return it to the store. My concern moving forward with Keter is that I also purchased a 165 gal deck box, I guess if I need some sort of warranty coverage or part for it in the future that I’ll be out of luck.

This 30 gallon box did the trick! I used this box to store the furniture cover for the patio set and the kids sports balls! I was able to fit a basketball, soccer ball, kickball, four patio covers and still have plenty of space! Matches my furniture also! You can actually seat on it without any instability! Easy to assemble! Great item for the price! Good quality!
