Any kind of warranty claim representation by Keter should be taken with a grain of salt. When attempting to get a replacement for a defective cover/top on a purchase of a 30 gal deck box, Keter replied that they don’t stock the part and that I should return the item to store that it was purchased from. How do you warranty something for a year or two but don’t have parts for an item purchased within a week. My only option is to return the item, as I’m unable to exchange it because it is out of stock. So now I must disassemble the assembled box, repackage it and return it to the store. My concern moving forward with Keter is that I also purchased a 165 gal deck box, I guess if I need some sort of warranty coverage or part for it in the future that I’ll be out of luck.

I purchased two and originally was very happy with the sturdiness of the product. Unfortunately within a few months, the latches on the lids of both boxes broke causing the top to disconnect from the base. I contacted the manufacturer, but they were unwilling to help. If only one of the lids had broken I would have understood, but since they broke on both items I believe this is part of a larger quality issue. I would not recommend this product or manufacturer.

It does not come with any assembly directions! Brilliant! I tried looking them up online but nope they don't have them online either. I opened the 2nd box thinking this must be some error but nope that one does not have any assembly instructions either! I guess you think everyone is able to magically figure out how to put this together? Thank you for wasting my Sunday afternoon Keter. I hope the 3 cents you saved not printing assembly instructions was worth it!

These deck boxes RUINED a number of the items stored in them. They DO NOT latch down or catch anything so the wind and SNOW just go right in them. These were actually under the eave of our home and against the house side. ABSOLUTE junk for a KETER product.

Good product and easy to put together

Sturdy and easy to assemble. Great for storing outdoor furniture covers. Also serve as end tables.

These are really great, they will hold all the pillows this winter.
