Fairly easy to assemble. No issues with missing pieces or parts. Everything was labeled and easy to read. Some parts of instructions were not clear, so we used the online 3D manual and it helped us.

Excellent quality and service. Kit came in on time and went together with ease. Lots of detail to parts alignment and manufacturing. We had one roofing board with a broken lap joint that Backyard Discovery promptly replaced (the process to order replacement parts was seamless). Very happy with the purchase and look forward to ordering future Backyard Discovery parts. Swing Set is next :)

Saw the gazebo in store and thought it would be ideal for our yard. We had a cement pad poured for it and it is ideal for us. There is plenty of room for family and friends to gather regardless of season. The installation crew did an outstanding job.

I love this! It is perfect for our vision. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was the leg posts are hollow so we bought solid ones for longer lasting durability and it was just thrown off the truck when delivered so the boxes were torn, rained on, and there was damage to different parts. The instructions are kind of difficult so we ended up hiring someone to put it together since we are not handy in that way.

The finished product is great. It took me 5 days, 2 hours a day to assemble the different pieces, then had three workers connect the roof to the post, which took over 10 hours on the weekend. Some of the holes didn't line up and it would be great to have the instructions in Spanish. Overall, great product.

We really love our Gazebo. I can't say there weren't a few challenges putting it all together but having a construction background did help. A few pieces came in damaged and customer service was incredible and got the replacement parts to us very quickly.

All the boxes came very quickly and had no damage. Assembly was straight forward and the instructions were clear. I had one issue and Backyard sent a new part within 3 days,. Great customer service! The metal roof panels were slightly bigger than the instructions stated, but everything went together well. Pay attention to the instructions that say you need 3 people for lifting up the roof. The gazebo looks beautiful!

The gazebo came on time and the boxes were in perfect condition. We ultimately decided to use an outside installation company after realizing the roof was more complex and heavier to build than we first anticipated. We are thrilled with the completed project though we continue to look for ways to add mosquito netting.
