Started a few months ago on building my a little oasis in my backyard. An extension of my house! Searched and researched so many Gazebos and finally decided on this brand. Could not be anymore happy with the look and quality. Took longer to put together so I would recommend using the installers. Well worth the money.

Gazebo looks great. Installation is time consuming but well worth once complete. Most certainly need at least 3 to 4 people to raise the roof panels.

The instructions are pretty simple to follow and the gazebo seems to be very sturdy. It does take a little time to assemble, but well worth it. So far I am pleased, but I have only had it for a month so far.

Love this. The charging port connects directly to an electrical cord outlet. Gazebo provides lots of shade and privacy. We had it delivered and installed. Very professional service.

I was skeptical at first but this gazebo turned out really nice. Do yourself three favors before you begin this assembly. 1) download the BUILT app. Turns out this is very helpful if you have any doubts. 2) Don't get in a hurry. Take your time to align the parts properly to make sure they all will line up in subsequent steps. 3) Have enough space to lay out the six cartons that this thing comes in. I was trying to make sub-assemblies in one side of my garage while digging through the stacks of boxes looking for parts while it poured down rain outside. That made it a lot more difficult than it should have been. Also, don't go it alone. Have some help. After all of this, we're still very happy with the finished product.

This gazebo was exactly as described and as expected. We did received a damaged post, but did an online chat with customer service and a new post was sent out right away. The new post came in and was also damaged, but again great customer service and immediately delivery (3 days) of the second post. With the help of the Bilt app and the included instruction book the directions were easy to follow (just make sure to read the tips). They suggested to apply a sealant to the gazebo upon arrival and once a year, but this wasn't stated until the end of the book and it would have been easier to seal it the first time before assembly. Overall we are thrilled with the gazebo.

This is a very nice and well made gazebo. Be aware it has a lot of parts and hardware. However the directions and the BUILT app show enough detail to easily follow. By myself it was a 30 hour project (You will require help to put the beams in place and the roof panels!) 2 people for the beams and 3 advisable to place the roof panels in place) Other than that very happy with the purchase and should get tons of use out of it. I place mine on a 16x24' composite deck. I used some blocking and additional 2x8's underneath to provide extra support to attach it to the deck.

A decent product overall. I wad slightly disappointed when it arrived with slight damage to one of the main posts (simple scuffing where cardboard had torn and exposed), only to find out that there is no clear-coat effectively so while assembling you are guaranteed to do equally more damage. It seemed inevitable as you are working with many different parts and pieces and the effort required to hang the roof panels adds to the likelihood so my recommendation would be to prepare for a sand, stain and seal job of your own before its all said and done. I would also add that you should not expect precision in the precut materials as you're guaranteed to find some will fit together during assembly far easier and more naturally than others. The part I would say I probably disagreed with the most is when it has you install the top center roof hood panel prior to installing any of the roof panels themselves, as we found it far more challenging to try to install the roof panels in this order whereas if you get the two sides and one long panel installed before the roof hood, followed by the final long panel in that order, I think it will make life much easier. I would also note here that the long roof panels are heavier than you might expect. The instructions call for "at least 2 adults" for installing the larger panels but as a fit 30 year old male, I personally would not recommend hanging the larger panels without at least 3 adults and would honestly recommend 4 so you can better muscle each corner. Otherwise, I'm satisfied with the product and final result and it is a very pleasing addition to both enjoy and admire. I highly recommend using the interactive tutorial for assembly as recommended in the BILT app. Not sure we could have completed this project in the time we did without it!

I purchased this gazebo thinking some friends would show up to help, everyone was to busy, so I decided to tackle this project on my on own! Lot of work parts and pieces! I used three tables, followed the directions carefully, had two of my neighbors help with putting the roof on! My wife was super proud that I accomplished this on my own! It's very nice, and we couldn't be happier
