POOR QUALITY AND CRAFTMANSHIP

The WORST! I purchased these chairs for my theater room a few years ago. Recently, I noticed the leather peeling off and the seam coming apart on some of the chairs. These chairs are rarely used.

poor build quality and noise when reclining

Screws broken on first few uses of the sofa and it started making noise when reclining the chair. poor build quality and unexpected that it happens in first 2 months :(

Its Ok, Pleather will start peeling after a while

after 5 years of owning. ..The Pleather will start peeling and will get all over the floor. You will need to spend money on bed sheets to cover them. the electrical recliner works well. I wouldn't recommend.

Dont buy. The leather peels and gets everywhere. Youll have it for 2 years and then there small bits of plastic leather all over your house. DO NOT BUY.

this should be illegal to sell this product. two years after buying this the fake leather disintegrated. little bits of brown plastic all over my house. Do Not Buy!!!

We have had these chairs since 2017. Loved them. Had them in the family room area as a row of 2 and 4. over the past 3 years the bonded leather separated and started flaking off. Headrest first which i patched pretty well for 1.5 years but then all seating surfaces did the same thing. never used cleaners or anything bonded leather just didn't hold up.
