These sheets are of excellent quality. I would suggest washing prior to using them. The first night was itchy but much better after laundry.

These sheets are very soft and comfortable. I've washed them twice, and they came out of the dryer looking great.

Very comfortable fabric, good fit on my deep mattress, and I am definitely sleeping “cooler” - they don't make me sweat.

The fabric is very soft but tends to retain some lint after washing. I like a sateen feeling and thought the 700 thread count would equate to that.
