I've tried this product over the counter they do work just take one a day to keep all the algerys away try them out

Sometimes it seems to help and sometimes it it doesn't do as much. I have used this on and off.

Alegra is Great for allergies with NO sleepy side affects. In Portugal we call it Telfast.
