It starts working instantly as soon as you take them you feel your nostrils opening up. I would recommend this product but I don’t like the fact that when I take it it makes me fee nauseous so I don’t know if that is normal or not

I finally found an allergy medicine that works on my sinuses. Yes, it is kinda expensive. The active ingredient is fexofenadine hcl (180 mg) in the tablets. This is for indoor and outdoor allergies. I highly recommend this allergy medication.
