You only need to take one of these pills to work for 24 hours. And as it says it is non drowsy and never makes me fall asleep during the day. Taking these really keeps me in control of my allergy symptoms every day. My runny nose has ceased at last! I placed a penny in the picture to show the actual size which is average to me. Some people might call it large but it's easy to swallow if you drink a lot of water. No after taste or upset tummy after using them.

This allergy pill has been my go to for a long time and seems to be the only thing that helps with my daily allergies. I am allergic to a lot of day to day things (dust, grass, trees, dogs, cats, etc) so I need to take a pill every day. This pill is great because it is non-drowsy so I can take it in the morning without feeling blah during the day. There is no bad taste to the pill. You really just swallow it so there is no chewing involved. Overall, this product has been working great for me for years so I will continue using it. I have never had any bad side effects from using it daily.

The weather here has been crazy, back and forth between cold and hot which usually causes me all kinds of pain and discomfort. Since taking this, I haven't had any problems! Allegra-D 24Hr Tablets have never worked for my allergies. I have tried a lot of different allergy medicine. I don’t know what to say to improve. The price is very reasonable along with the other brands. I wouldn’t recommend to others. It’s depends on how bad their allergy are.

When I first started Allegra it seemed to work very well Then my allergist switched me to Zyrtec for some unreason But I have been considering going back to Allegra because I did seem to notice a bit of effect But I live in Michigan and it's very hard to get anything that works 100% for allergies

Periods this was taken daily caused increased appetite, cravings and rapid weight gain. Gained 70 lbs in 2 years, all can be contributed to months where taking this was a constant daily. Once discontinued weight gain stopped and was able to lose weight. When continued weight gain began again despite dieting, exercise plus having an active job and am not sedentary.
