Living in the desert stirs up some mighty winds which then toss around pollen and dust. Allergy meds are a must 24/7/365. These were effective, easy to take, and there was no real scent or flavor. For the price I think it’s ok but if it had at least 10 tablets I feel it’s not a fair price for a few tablets. Overall do recommend for any regular type of allergy and mainly for adults since the tablets are a little huge to swallow 😊
