I take allergy meds daily but if your a first timer it might make you a little drowy. It does say non drowy just be aware.

IDK the price difference between this and generic cetrizine but I will keep Allegra in my back pocket for those really bad allergy months. It's another great option to have in my arsenal!

This Allegra allergy med has helped more than any allergy medication I’ve ever tried. It gave me relief from stuffy runny nose and itchy eyes after just a couple of uses. This 180 mg version really works; within an hour, my sneezing stops and my nose isn’t constantly running. It’s non-drowsy too, which is a lifesaver when I’m out feeding animals or tending the garden. I picked up this 5-tablet pack as a trial and it’s made a noticeable difference. My eyes don’t itch as bad and I’m not constantly clearing my throat. For anyone dealing with outdoor allergens like I do, especially in rural areas, Allegra is worth it.

I have year round allergies, so a good histamine blocker is necessary for me to take daily. This product is expensive (hence the 4 stars), but it works. The tablets are about the same size as a Tylenol caplet, but goes down easily. It does work around the clock. If this doesn't work for you, you need something stronger.

Allegra is stronger than Zyrtec in my opinion and works really well! It's good to rotate seasonal allergy medications so you don't deliver a tolerance, and this worked well for me when Zyrtec wasn't working as well anymore. The only downside is the pills are really big compared to most allergy meds.

Living in a place where you can see all seasons, you are exposed to great amount of pollen and even those that are not allergic can present with seasonal allergies. Allegra is one of my to go medicines. Works great and it's effect can last hours, also don't make me drowsy.

You only need to take one of these pills to work for 24 hours. And as it says it is non drowsy and never makes me fall asleep during the day. Taking these really keeps me in control of my allergy symptoms every day. My runny nose has ceased at last! I placed a penny in the picture to show the actual size which is average to me. Some people might call it large but it's easy to swallow if you drink a lot of water. No after taste or upset tummy after using them.
