NASTY eggs

I don't know what the deal is with these eggs, but they are not normal. I have purchased them twice and both times they were inedible. The yolks are a very pale yellow and they smell spoiled. I would not reccommend.

Eggs - cage free

I am disappointed that these eggs they state they are large. Many of them are not large some even small. And why are they using a plastic package. It is not environmentally wise and doesn't let the eggs breath to stay fresh.

Plastic packaging

The eggs themselves are fine, but the packaging has been changed from paper to plastic, which is much harder to recycle. Bring back the more eco-friendly packaging!

slimy.gooey, pale

I feel sorry for the chickens that lay these , the eggs are pale and slimy, the chickens must not be treated or fed well . Due to this, I will not trust Sams for dairy, milk and produce any longer.

Eggs are ok

I preffer brown eggs, bought these because that's all they had. At over $9 they are mediocare and not all that large. Price is ridiculous for it being sold at the club.

Excellent quality and price

Eggs are great quality and Sam's always offers a competitive price even when there's a market shortage. Price did fluctuate, but still reasonably priced compared to general retail stores

No taste

These eggs are terrible compared to the ones that Sam's used to sell in the cardboard carton (18 count). These are smaller and have no taste. I will not buy again.

You Get What You Pay For

We needed a large amount of eggs for deviled and hard boiled. Never in all my decades have I ever met an egg that could not be peeled. Until these. Out of the two packs bought at least 1.5 dozen went in the trash. There was no way you could peel them, either you gouged them, took off a layer or simply not possible. Ended up at the grocery store buying proper eggs. If all you need to do is crack them maybe they are fine. I could also not find official certification on cage free other than what they are advertised as. Normally cage free eggs have a thicker shell, these were paper thin which might explain why they could not be peeled properly. A must pass from this first and only time purchased.

HORRID PACKAGING

The packaging of these eggs is completely inferior. I have had to clean up broken eggs in my refrigerator and floor too many times that I will NEVER purchase these eggs again. I would rather pay more elsewhere than to deal with issues related to this packaging. Please get a new vendor Sam’s or demand the previous packaging.
