I bought this washer 2 weeks ago and I cannot tell you how dramatic the improvement is from our last machine. This is our first front loader and this a family of 5 we are constantly doing laundry. This thing can handle huge loads and all the clothes come out clean and fresh. Bedding and sheets too! I highly recommend

This machine is amazing! I bout it about a month ago and am so happy I did every day. The different cycles are perfect. Machine is so quiet. And my clothes come out amazingly clean. Way cleaner than my old washer. My son had hurt his lip over the fourth of July and got blood on his clothes. This machine got it all out.

i am still getting to know my new machine, it seems to have many more features than my old machine, is much quieter and hopefully is saving me on my electric bill & water bill. The drum is nice and large, makes it easy to wash my dog's bed...no more having to go to the laudramat

No more stuffing the clothes in ( which of course they don’t clean well when compacted). Lots of settings and choices of wash cycles. This washer is super quiet too. I can’t believe just how quiet is is - even in the normally load, spin cycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The crew was on time and courteous. As noted from the communication, they called 30 minutes out. Removed the washer and placed the new one in; all trash boxes were cleaned up. Asked if I needed anything else before then left.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best washer I have ever owned. I can now use bleach and softener again. The unit is incredibly quiet and expedient. I like the ease of applying the detergent, bleach and softener at the same time and same location. I cannot believe I waited so long to upgrade to a front loader. It is an ease to clean the rubber gasket and let dry after each use.

The owner's manual that came with the washer is junk. Trying to get a good downloadable one online was complicated and impossible. Then trying to register was complex as I wasn't allowed to get my model right. I still don't know if it is listed right.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the matching set in November and had it delivered and set up late December. The washer is relatively easy to use with the exception of the spin cycle. I have found that most of the clothes are still pretty wet after the cycle is complete. Followed the loading instructions and still pretty wet. Had to manually change the spin cycle to either high or the setting just below for them to wring out properly.

My LG 5.0 cu ft washer is the best ever!!! I have had several washers thru the years and this one is my favorite without any doubt. It is simple to use and very quiet. The large tub has been awesome. A big quilt fits in great. Having the 5.0 cu ft tub cuts down on the number of loads of laundry per week because I can get so much more in it. That ends up saving money on electric and laundry products. I would definitely recommend this machine and even if you don't buy this model you should go for the larger tub.. I am very happy with my LG washer.
