This machine is amazing! I bout it about a month ago and am so happy I did every day. The different cycles are perfect. Machine is so quiet. And my clothes come out amazingly clean. Way cleaner than my old washer. My son had hurt his lip over the fourth of July and got blood on his clothes. This machine got it all out.

I bought it because of the wonderful experience I had with the first one. I am a bit sorry I didn't shop around more because I'm not sure this is the best washer for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only had this machine for 3 weeks but so far its been great washing machine!! It’s my first appliance purchase as an “adult” LOL! I love that I can put a large comforter in and it’s still not overstuffed. I have been able to wash larger loads and everything comes out fresh and clean. I didn’t realize that my other washing machine was not cleaning correctly until I washed a white blanket in the new washing machine, and the water was dingy. Super quiet!!

I wish i wouldn’t have bought this washing machine. I wish I would have done my homework better. It takes so long to wash anything. The cycles are ridiculous and for maintenance you have to drain water and clean filter after so many loads. You have to keep the door open and dry it out supposedly. Just ridiculous.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The crew was on time and courteous. As noted from the communication, they called 30 minutes out. Removed the washer and placed the new one in; all trash boxes were cleaned up. Asked if I needed anything else before then left.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old front load washer was really on its “last legs”. This new machine is easy to use, has many great features, and a huge drum that can accommodate our bed’s big comforter.

Dishwasher seems to do its job well, the only complaint I have so far is that the cycles seem long! OK I wish it had a sanitizing cycle, but I knew going into it that did not. Overall a great washer for the price.

This appears to be a good easy to use washing machine. Please note that this new washer opens to the left rather than the right like our old LG. Depending on the configuration of your laundry room this may be very problematic.

I owned an LG when I lived in Ohio. There was no question i would purchase another when I moved out of state. love the large capacity and ease of use.
