I bought this product for my man cave and is doing its job awesome. It keeps my beer perfect cool and enjoy my beverage everytime i watch the game. This cooler saved a lot of space in my main refrigerator and i will recommend this to anyone trying to save space.

I just received my new fridge and the drip tray was damaged. However, they did give me several options to choose from, Return it and get refunded, or they would send me a new drip tray to replace the damaged one. I chose to get a new drip tray in the mail. I really like the fridge. It looks great, it cools very well and the light inside is very helpful at night. The stainless steel racks look great. I would buy it again even though the drip tray was damaged.

Unit has been great to store all of our beverages ice cold for close to a year. Had an issue with cooling recently and contacted support. Instead of making me jump through hoops and service calls they went straight to a product replacement. I was very impressed that it was their first option for recovery and gave me piece of mind that if I have an issue they will do the right thing first!

Having the Newair 126 Can Freestanding Beverage Fridge has been super convenient to grab drinks from, and stock / chill beverages that family and friends enjoy, without using valuable space in our counter-depth main fridge. Its sleek and coordinates with our Newair Wine Fridge. Although there has been a chilling issue, customer service has been outstanding in replacing a part. We respect that and would still purchase items from Newair due to their customer service.

I've had the beverage cooler about a week. The cooler looks exactly like the photos on the web site, no surprises. The drinks chill down to the correct level. There is a bit of compressor noise, but not at all objectionable. I also like use the interior light as a night light.

This was bought for me as a gift and I couldn't have been happier. Compact enough for use in any room but holds plenty of beverages. Able to keep, beer sparking water etc. Very cold. Removable shelves allow for easy adjustment. Great customer service as well!

The product worked perfectly for about four months. It then started losing the ability to core and became extremely hot on the sides. This is when we looked to do a warranty exchange for a new one after the required troubleshooting did not result in a fixed unit. No less than 8 phone calls and emails were made to try to resolve the issue. They are requiring that I write this review in order to get free shipping on the replacement product. I am hopeful that their management team will learn from these issues and provide better customer service to future customers

We have very much enjoyed this mini fridge! It has done exactly what we needed it to do: keep drinks cold for our kids and their friends. We especially like that it holds so many drinks and that the shelving can be adjusted for different kinds and sizes of drinks.

The fridge has been working perfectly - but then it stopped getting colder than 45 degrees. Chatted with customer support - and they said I needed a temperature control part - and it's on backorder - so, they offered to replace the bad unit. I couldn't ask for any more than that. Going to need another fridge for another part of my store soon - and will certainly buy from Newair.

I love my NewAir mini fridge. It's just the right size and so sleek and stylish in my room. It cooled in minutes and holds all my favorite snacks and drinks with room to spare. The hum it makes in the background isn't loud or obnoxious, but rather soothing. I would definitely recommend.
