We've used this cooler for over a year now...this is a great for keeping our beverages cold. Takes up little room but holds a huge amount of cans. Smooth, quiet operation makes it easy to keep in our man-cave. The interior light is a great touch too. Great product! Great service! Highly recommended!

I was given an AB-1200 that was missing the the condensate drain pan. Response from the company was incredibly prompt, and, within 24 hours, Vincent had found the part for me, provided me with pricing and shipping info, and sent me the part. He was very courteous and friendly, both in his e-mails and on the phone. Excellent customer service. Other companies could learn a lot from Vincent, and Newair. After I get the unit in service, I'll post a review, but it is a good-looking, well designed unit.

I bought this a while ago and have been using it in my studio for clients. Drinks have been super cold and crispy. It did stop working for a minute but the warranty department has been extremely helpful in getting me the part I needed. They responded very quickly and were more than helpful.

We love the NewAir brand! Their products are of great quality and look great too! This fridge is perfect for a number of different places in the home. We have very much enjoyed this mini fridge! It has done exactly what we needed it to do: keep drinks cold for our kids and their friends. We especially like that it holds so many drinks and that the shelving can be adjusted for different kinds and sizes of drinks.

Newair does not send you a Tech but will get you to pick up a screwdriver and start pulling out the cooler and opening panels for troubleshooting! You might be handy with tools but emptying the fridge and pulling it out and removing panels and then bending down on the floor and doing all this, makes you wonder why you are doing this and not someone representing Newair. Bad model of fulfilling warranties. Therefore, do not purchase.

The beverage cooler is built well and cools beverages adequate to my expectations. I had problems with the cooling about 3 months after purchase, however Newair was prompt to fix/replace defective items. Glad to see a company that will stand behind their product when a problem occurs. Recommend and would purchase again.

I love this little fridge! We use it at our coffee bar area for quick on the go things like energy drinks and bottled coffee. I was so sad it stopped working but customer service was so great and helped replace it very quickly. I would recommend to anybody!

This fridge came in and we were surprised that you can actually get as many items as stated. It was perfect for our family and we have recommended this to our neighbor and they love theirs too! Would definitely continue recommending it. Also their customer service is prompt, professional and reliable.

This was the ideal fridge for our needs. We were tired of taking up room in our kitchen refrigerator with beers, sodas and waters. We bought the Newair, tucked it in our basement and it's been the perfect place to store those extra drinks. Comes in real handy for parties.
