I purchased this in August 2020. It stopped working due to a defective temperature sensor. NewAir was very supportive and sent me a replacement (very easy fix) within a few days. The unit is not very quiet, it 'gurgles' frequently. This is a problem for me as I intended to use this in my music studio. I had to move it as a result.

This beverage cooler is exactly what I was looking for. I've used it for a year in our vacation condo to offset filling up the refrigerator with drinks. The size is perfect and fits both cans and bottles of different sizes. The shelves are also adjustable to configure it how you need. Overall, it does what I need it to do and I'm happy with my purchase.

Bought a beverage cooler 2 years ago and it has served our needs very well. My wife is disabled and wanted to keep some things close to her so she wouldn't have to go all the way across the house. It fit in our bedroom just fine. it quit cooling last week and I contacted them and they helped me trouble shoot the unit and the part was very easy to replace and reasonably priced

This beverage cooler has been used as a beer fridge. It is nice that the shelves are adjustable since the bottles and cans take up a different amount of space. It is a sturdy unit. Had an issue and customer service was very helpful and incredibly prompt. It's nice that this level of service still exists.

I have owned this cooler for almost a year and have loved every single cold drink to come out of it. It is quiet and fits under the counter between two cabinets, looking great with the blue light on. I had a small issue to address and Customer Service could not have been more accommodating and prompt with the solution. I definitely recommend this unit to anyone who needs extra space for beverages of any kind.

Unit has been great to store all of our beverages ice cold for close to a year. Had an issue with cooling recently and contacted support. Instead of making me jump through hoops and service calls they went straight to a product replacement. I was very impressed that it was their first option for recovery and gave me piece of mind that if I have an issue they will do the right thing first!

I bought this beverage fridge for my dad as a gift. My dad has a man cave that it looks absolutely cool in. We love how easy it is to store different sized drinks. I know my dad loves having the light on when he has friends over it makes it look really fancy. The temperature control is nice too, since my dad stores different wine bottles it is nice to monitor how cool it gets. The size of the fridge is also perfect, it allows you to store other things aside from drinks. I would recommend this product!

The NewAir AB1200 is a quiet, well designed, and meet my standard for a Beverage Cooler. Except that in less than 9 months, the unit stopped cooling. According to the customer service, it needs a new temperature sensor. My only concern is a Customer Service person by the name of Anthony who needs to learn a good and satisfactory customer service and knowledge of how a temperature sensor looks like. This guy shipped me a piece of black wire only, and not a temperature sensor. How will the unit operate without a temperature sensor/? In the future, I hope that I do not have to call Customer Support Services especially Anthony.

I actually got this refrigerator in order to store vaccines in our clinic. The fridge maintains the required temperature for the vaccines always. I like that the glass door of the refrigerator allows us to keep track of stock. There has been no issues with the glass fogging up. The cooler is the perfect size for our counter and is very accessible to all our staff. I am sure that this ref would easily cool down and keep beverages nice and cold.

I bought this about two weeks ago to keep my drinks cold and leave the refrigerator free for food. It's a little noisey, but not that bad and it gets hot on one side, I guess that's where the compressor is, but it is good. I filled it with all my sodas, drinks and waters and other beverages and it frees up the refrigerator. Everything is cool, but not cold, cold. It is attractive and very convenient.
