Comfortable but made bed looks messy

I was pleased with the serta mattress that we had purchased many years ago, so since it was time to be replaced I was happy to replace with the same brand. This one however came in a box and I'm not sure if that had anything to do with it but the top cotton part bunches across bed and looks messy. I thought it was a defect so I returned it for another one. The second one is even worse.

Very Uncomfortable

I bought this last August to replace a standard Serta mattress that came in my camper. This one is just as hard as the one that it replaced. A complete waste of money for me. My wife and I both have sore backs from sleeping on this mattress. It was listed as medium and plush but is the worst mattress that i have ever slept on. I will have to buy a good topper to help this hard mattress that I paid 600 dollars for. My last Serta for sure!

Feels too soft

This is supposed to be medium firm. Feels more like soft. But we will give it a few weeks and see how it goes. Hopeful that it will be okay. 🤷‍♀️

Do Not Buy! Sams Club will not honor the warranty

The mattress I purchased was fine initially. After about 16 months it began to hurt my back. I called the warranty number on the tag. I tried for 4 days through chat, email, and countless phone calls and Sams Club would not honor their warranty.
