I ordered 5 Seville products from Sam’s Club store and 4 of them were dented. Because they were already half put together when the dented pieces were discovered in the boxes, we chose to keep them rather than disassemble and return. We love the cabinets, but wish more care was taken in the handling of boxes from manufacturer/vendor.

This is a great cabinet. A number of reviews talked about dented panels. I felt it was packed very good and had no problems with dents. I also ordered additional shelves from Seville and they arrived in perfect condition. I did not want the wheels because of the location it was being placed. I found leveling feet that fit into the screw holes for the wheels and am very happy. I would definitely buy this cabinet again.

I purchased as a replacement for a "commercial" supply cabinet - this one is much better designed, & constructed and it is 3 times as strong - for less money. The assembly is easy - no nuts to hold/lose, just screw (they give you a nice driver too). Much beefier, solid, sturdy, etc. than the industrial cabinet I got last time. The back and doors aren't flimsy sheet metal, the method of design makes it all much more rigid. Took about an hour for one person to assemble, mostly due to my not reading everything.

I bought 2 of these and these comments apply to both. Instructions were a bit hard to find. Thought they weren't included, so I went online. Halfway through the assembly, I found them. They were very clear. All parts were very clearly marked and included text and not just pictures. The packaging was great, though it used a lot of styrofoam, which protected very well, but I have to throw away (it can't be recycled here). Not only did I get all the parts, but they nicely included some extras (thank you!). There was no damage to the product during shipping. I was able to assemble these by myself very easily. Only 1 screw didn't fit as well as it should have. I had to drive it in with a drill, but it worked out fine. The second cabinet had no issues. Thank you also for the magnetic screwdriver - this was invaluable assembling this by myself. The cabinet itself looks great and rolls great. It does seem like it will topple easily, but I haven't put anything in yet. Overall, I think these are great for the money and will purchase more.

This product arrived timely and seemed to be as described except that it appears to possibly be a return from another customer. The Cabinet parts had some bends in the metal as though it had been put together and taken apart and returned. There were some deep scratches that had been painted over as well. The issues surrounding our need for this Cabinet order, combined with the process of having to send it back, pay for return shipping, then wait for another Cabinet to be sent out was too much for us to deal with given the current status quo. We opted to take some pliers to the bent areas of the frame panels, and to just deal with the painted over areas in lieu of the fact that the Cabinet itself seems to be sturdy enough for our current needs. We hope that in future, any products ordered and received will not sent out as new when it they should fit into the category of "Scratch And Dent." I love this product line and have owned many components for years. The box that the 72” upright storage cabinet comes in now is about 4’ high and is very heavy. The same cabinet from a few years ago had 1-piece solid sides 72” high. The new version comes in 2-piece sides that you screw together. It is very easy to get fooled into thinking SAMS sent you the wrong cabinet. It’s not. It’s the right cabinet but basically cut in half.

I have a very similar Seville cabinet i purchased a couple of years ago from Sam's Club and i jumped at the chance to get one on sale.I should have known better,when opening carton (that was not like previous cabinet ).They said it was better.All doors and all other pieces (back and side panels were made in two pieces ) all pieces very flimsy .Now i know why and who they made it better for.Good OL Number 1 CHEAP CHEAP

My son gave me my first cabinet for Mothers Day several years ago after I admired the ones in his garage. I just purchased two more and will gradually replace all my garage shelving with these. Sam's delivered them right to my door. The assembly took several hours for the first one, but the second went faster.

Nice looking, well-made storage unit. I bought this to match the one I bought two years ago for garage storage. Does take about 3 hours to assemble. Also, the metal protective corner brackets do rust so I would put a coat of wax on them. The wheels are a must if you ever want to move the unit to clean, rearrange, paint garage, etc.

had to hire someone to put it together other than that pleased with product .The FED X delivery was a problem .Drop[ed one a front door I was home had him put other one in garage then ask him to put other one in garage he rudely said I've already delivered it. Item is 100 lbs I'm 82 years old.had to have someone put it in garage.
