Paper assembly directions are not clear. Hard to follow. Two person job at several points and 2+ hours to complete. Good product and final assembled is sturdy. I purchased this cabinet to match a tool chest (same brand) I had purchased from Sam's a few years ago. I would recommend this brand.

I love everything about this cabinet. It's very well-made, the perfect size, and the large wheels make it easy to maneuver. It also looks very nice in my garage. This cabinet also came very well packaged. All parts were well-marked and the hardware was individually packaged, making sorting and identifying everything a breeze. The instructions were easy to follow, although the diagrams were quite small for my aging eyes. While assembly did take me several hours, I had no issues assembling this by myself (I'm a 53-year-old female), even though it suggests 2 people for the job. When I finished assembling, I simply wheeled it to its destination, then locked the wheels in place. Easy peasy!

We have purchased this Tall Cabinet and 3 of the Mega Wide cabinets for supply storage. In general, they're perfect for us. The thickness of the metal is a little disappointing for a product line that's promoted as being heavy-duty. We'll see how they hold up over the long term, but they seem a little flimsy. I don't know if it's an issue with Sam's Club or the manufacturer, but none of the four cabinets we have purchased at different times over the past 3 months have arrived without some kind of damage. All have had one or two major pieces (like the cabinet bottom or side) arrive dented or twisted. They have been able to be assembled (sometimes with some work pulling them back into shape), but the bent pieces are, in the end, either visible or have affected the fit of the connectors (screws).

I ordered 2 of these cabinets and both came with large dents, deep scratches, and bent parts. I did not notice how bad the damage was until they were almost fully built. I reached out to Sam's Club customer support and requested that someone follow up and I have yet to hear back. This is my first time being a Sam's Club member and my first big purchase from them. Extremely disappointing.

We don't use thse in our garage, we use them in the house. Bought one of these years ago directly from the Sams store and have loved it. We use it in our walk in closet by our gun safe. Like it so much we bought this one on line because it came in color choices. We got the white sided one and it looks fantastic. Clean, modern look. I use it in a spare room for extra storage. It's great because you can roll it around to vacuum. Only complaint is these new ones have 2 grommet holes on back wall for electrical plugs, which i love because i keep my printer in it. But, the access holes are on the very top shelf and very bottom shelf. My printer is on the eye level shelf, so I'll have to add a hole on that shelf. Not a deal breaker for sure, but i wish they would have put them on each shelf. Love this other than that.

I've had these cabinets for a few years. 4 cabinets and a Tool/work bench. I recently rearranged my garage and discovered the wheels had disintegrated. For safety/libility reasons I will either have to replace them with costly better constructed ones or place the cabinets on platforms. Otherwise the cabinets are well constructed

I'd never put together something like this and the directions that came with it were confusing. However, the YouTube video by Average Me made it fun! The final produce has impressed my friends, and I'm having a hard time not buying another one (even though I don't need another one).

My son has 4 of these Tall Storage cabinets, and I like them so much. I ordered one and put it together that night. It did take a while to lay out all the parts, then check off the list to be sure everything was correct. I was busy with another project when the Fedex guy arrived. He said the package was very heavy! Ha! I let him know that was the reason for ordering it...free delivery, and I would not have to lift it by myself, since I am an 80 year old widow! I knew I could roll it over in order to remove all the parts from the box. So I did just that and ripped it apart and used it for a smooth clean surface for assembling the cabinet. When it was finished, I did have to call on my daughter to help me stand it upright! I will be purchasing more of these in order to get rid of exposed shelves!

Bought this during Black Friday sale and am extremely happy with the purchase. I like the fact that the casters come with it as it is in the garage and will make it easy to clean under if or move around the garage if necessary. Assembly directions were very clear and easy to understand, it took me about 1.5 hours by myself. All hardware is plainly marked to clear up any confusion. Locking hardware seems to be sufficient to secure items if required. The shelves are solid and adjustable which is a nice feature. Overall pleased and will be buying 2 more of these for additional storage requirements.

We bought two f these cabinets when we downsized to put in the garage to store tools,etc. and xtra pantry for groceries and they've been wonderful. They hold a huge amount of items.. So glad we got them. The only drawback was putting them together .. Thankfully we have a handyman friend who put them together for us or we would still be standing in the garage with a box..
