Tastes very good but servings are skimpy and cost is a bit excessive, as is most of these type f drinks.

Keep it cool and shake it for awhile and you have a tasty drink. My only dislike is the spiders web of plastic you see inside.

Love to use this as creamer in my coffee. Its high in protein but not fatty. I call my morning coffee The Coffee Ceremony!

The taste is ok everything else was sold out so I tried this one, not my favorite but it does the job.
