Thin viscosity compared to Muscle Milk, and I left it out and it turned into a plastic substance. Was not happy. Other than that it tastes good.

Taste good. It’s the artificial sweetener after taste that I struggle with. But overall pretty good. Smooth. Not gritty.

I use it for lunch at work and sometimes for breakfast. They taste good and are nutritious with 30g protein.
