These are great for any occasion. After workout, or if you need something to sustain you a little until your next meal. As a diabetic, I look for everything low carb and low sugar. This fits the bill perfectly. The flavors are great too. I but this several cases at a time.

I've really been concentrating on cutting sugars out of my diet....it's great to find a protein shake with just one gram of sugar. It tastes like it has sugar in it, in fact, I think it tastes better than the other shakes I've had. I love being able to get this at this pricing at sam's....it's an easy addition to my daily routine and it gives me the boosted protein grams.

Not Gastric Sleeve Friendly, I loved that it has high protein but the sugars they use were not helping my new stomach. I would get a heavy feeling in my stomach, nauseous and then vomit. But flavor and everything is great for someone that needs to meet their protein goals. I just believe for what we are paying for things now these companies need switch to better sugars that are not ataficial.

I have been preparing for RNY bariatric surgery through the VA for quite a while (years-due to complications). During this time I've had many sets of blood labs run to keep tabs on my multiple co-morbidities. I must share that when I consume ONLY Premier Protein shakes for a month or more, my otherwise problematic blood labs suddenly look like textbook examples of desireable results! I find the vanilla to be the most palatable flavor, I actually like it. The chocolate is a little too strong on chocolate flavor but it's ok, the strawberry is repellent due to thinner consistency, less milky flavor and gritty texture. Premier Protein is my second favorite high protein shake after all flavors/ varieties of Unjury which I can only get online which is an inconvenience. I like to be able to run to the store and pick up a case on short notice when needed to keep me from "falling off the wagon". The individually prepared servings are very convenient for daily use. I do wish that Sam's would allow this product to be ordered online and shipped (free, of course!). It would ease the stocking up process, to have both shipping and store purchase options, especially for those of us who may need large quantities of this product on a regular basis.

Vanilla is my favorite flavor of all the Premier protein flavors. I have been substituting these for breakfast, and have steadily been loosing a couple pounds a week. We also have a child with health needs, and these provide the much needed protein. Ive compared labels, and this is the most protein for your buck.

I've tried other protein drinks and would be hungry again within a hour. This one not only has a great taste but it keeps me feeling full from breakfast through lunch. Vanilla is my preference and they are best drank cold but I've had them room temperature and like them like that also.

About four years ago, I came across an article (still don't remember where) about Premier In 2005 I was diagnosed with a rare cancer and underwent two surgeries, a skin graft and radiation. The meds, inactivity and depression packed on 55 lbs. I was cancer free, but looked and felt horrible. My best friend is a Cordon Bleu trained chef and a registered dietician, and he had also gained about 60 lbs. from eating at his own 5 star restaurant. He worked out a plan for us utilizing two Premier Protein drinks to replace breakfast and dinner, together with garcinia cambogia to offset our hunger. We ate large, healthy salads for lunch, with a dressing he concocted using apple cider vinegar, herbs and seasonings. After two weeks, we didn't need the garcinia, so we dropped it and added a good multivitamin. In five months, I lost 45 lbs. and he lost 60 and neither one of us exercised. We both love sweets, but the drinks taste like milkshakes, and it assuaged our cravings. I lowered my cholesterol from 218 to 132, and he no longer had to take medicines for his diabetes and hypertension. Neither one of us has gained the weight back. We both religiously weigh every day and we always keep several cases of drinks on hand when we gain 5 lbs. I should add I'm 65 years old and he is 52, and both of our doctors were amazed at not only our weight loss, but how we improved our health at our ages. We should have added exercise and so should you. We recommend Premier Protein to all our friends, and they have lost weight on our plan, too. There is no "magic weight loss" pill or diet, but this is the closest thing that he and I have found. We did not get a discount or free drinks, etc. from Premier Protein!! I have lost 75 pounds in the last 16 months using protein shakes like this. I started out on a protein shake from my doctors office which was very pricey. So I shopped around for something comparable that I could buy cheaper. Premier Protein has more protein in it than the shakes I was getting at the Dr's. And it is half the price. Once I found this product I checked other retailers to make sure I could get the best price I could find. Every where else was DOUBLE the cost of Sam's Club. I get the vanilla only, but they do have strawberry and chocolate as well. And I noticed in store price for the chocolate and strawberry is 2$ less than the vanilla - wish the vanilla would go down as well. This is a great product, well made and consistent in its quality from case to case. I have been using it since June 2015.

I have tried many shakes and this is the best that I have tried. Taste is excellent, texture is good and the cap is a great idea so that one can drink from the container without spilling. It is soy free and filling. One shake in the morning and I am good until lunch. Usually do not feel hungry until after 12:00 pm. It is also an excellent value when compared to other pre-mixed shakes and powders.

I really liked the pure protein bar. I tried the chocolate salted Carmel flavor it is really tasty. I like the Caramel and the salt.
