The nutritionist in my endocrinologist's office suggested Premier Protein as a breakfast "food." Most breakfast foods are high in carbs or high in fat and neither is a good option for me. The Premier Protein works well. It is high protein with a very minimal amount of sugars.

I would recommend this product to anyone. Great taste, lowest calories -- 160, and the most protein -- 30 grams.
