Very good product. It is creamy, but not thick. It provides nutrients for meals ive missed until i can get home. I enjoy the vanilla since it contains no caffeine. The 11oz. Is a sufficient quantity.

Premier Protein vanilla, as with the other flavors, is quite tasty. The only down side is the artificial sweetener used to make it. It does taste good and helps me to achieve my protein goals for the day.

I usually buy the Atkins shakes but decided to try this one since it had 30 grams of protein and Atkins has 15. It was okay but I like Atkins better and will continue with that.
