I had Bariatric surgery a few years ago and was told I need 60grams of protein a day to continue to lose weight. Not an easy task. This is fairly sweet so I put it in a blender with a handful of frozen fruit. Takes away some of the sweetness and you can add a variety of flavor each day! Two of these a day gets me to my 60grams

I’ve tried a couple of flavors and this has got to be the worst on its own. Blended with other stuff it’s a little better, but you can still taste the funky flavor, almost like baby powder with stevia which is strange because the ingredients don’t list stevia. I tried putting in the freezer and it was a big mistake, it got thick foamy chunks of ice that made it really hard to swallow, both because they kept getting stuck in the box and because it felt disgusting.

Good flavor for a protein shake and I love that it has 30g of protein for 160 cal and 3g of fat. I wish they would carry the caramel flavor by the case because it's my favorite. Vanilla is my second but that's what I buy because I can't get the caramel by the case. Where is it, Sam's???

If Premier would match the product with the flavor on the outside of the carton, It would be great. It says Vanilla. What I tasted was sweet liquid - Where is the VANILLA? Now I have also tried the Chocolate and I give that 5 stars - great taste and it truly is Chocolate.

I have purchased this product for years. Over the past months product consistency and quality has declined while the price has almost doubled. Unfortunately, I will be finding an alternative to Premier Protein due to declined quality and marketing. I don't recommend this product.

I was shocked when I tried my first Premier Protein Vanilla shake. First, shocked because it tasted so yummy! (If you like vanilla ice cream, you will love this). Second, shocked because I could drink a shake for breakfast, with nothing else, and feel completely full and satisfied until lunch time. Thinking this might be a fluke, I tried it again the next morning, with the same results. Now, I regularly have a shake for breakfast, and I usually have one mid afternoon to get rid of that urge to snack. I have now tried all 5 flavors, and I like them all. But I LOVE the Vanilla. Chocolate and Banana are close seconds; and I like the Carmel flavor in my coffee. Strawberry Cream is OK, but the flavor is a bit nondescript. Still, I don't mind it...just prefer my Vanilla. An added benefit I have noticed is that I have more energy. Filling up on 30 grams of protein is definitely more empowering than a handful of processed carbs. And, these shakes are only 2 points on a popular diet plan (WISH I could share WHAT the name of the plan is).

I have used these for YEARS and it has always tasted like melted ice cream. I always recommended it to people. They were out of stock for a while. Then the last 2 cases I noticed they now say "immune support" on the outside and they have a distinct taste of lanolin (D3 supplement). I'm not sure what they have done, but it's disgusting now! I have to drink it because of doctors orders, but I now chug it just to get it down instead of sipping. Maybe they got too hot in shipment? I don't know, but the purchases were 3 weeks apart, so it's likely not just one shipment.

This shake is one of the best I've ever had. I highly recommend it.

The caramel flavor is awesome. A lot of people use it in place of creamer in their coffee.

Fedex never deliver on time. Still waiting for package. FYI no bad weather or road conditions.
