To help keep on track in my fast world, this Premier Protein is great. My doctor want me to consume over 90 grams a day. Not easy and stay under 1200 calories. I started drinking these, vanilla in my coffee in the morning and one in the middle of the day. I have been averaging 2 to 3 lbs a week. I have researched the decline of protein in heat as in the hot coffee, I have found out the heat only reduces the protein a small amount maybe .50 to 1% so I am ok with that because I need my coffee and now in it has more nourishment in it.

Best all around in the current market , but room for improvement. They really need to dump the artificial sweeteners ! This is significant especially for those that will be consuming copious amounts of this product. 30g protein is excellent and what I consider a minimum standard, but yet again still best bang for the buck on the market, especially at Sams. If you compare to Ensure , Boost etc , they are joke with fancy marketing played on people with basically no nutritional acumen. I have seen some bad reviews for spoiled products and have had one event myself from another retailer where somehow in the bottling the product became unsterile and clearly bloating the packaging. It's bound to happen in production of however many millions of units over time so just watch out for that like you would a dented or swollen can of food from the grocery - common sense.
