This is a great intake for someone on the go all the time, who never eats. Just wished it tasted a little better.

The protein shakes are great for those days that I need protein and I don't have a lot of time or energy to fix a full meal.

Good for meal replacement. I buy them for my 97 year old Dad to help get protein in him since he won't eat much

Just throw in your favorite fresh fruit, maybe just a little honey, blast away and enjoy. Also, very good and smooth just by itself.

They taste good and I usually don't like vanilla. I am a chocolate fan. However, I like this vanilla over the chocolate.

Weird situation with this purchase. There were only 14 shakes in this box. Box was sealed properly.

The vanilla flavor is tasty alone but is also very versatile to use with other ingredients. I use strawberries and peaches to mix in mostly.
