No good plastic shrimp

There are many shrimp with incomplete removal of shells which could result in choking. The remaining shells are almost unnoticeable until you actually eat them and end up with what feels like inedible plastic in your mouth.

Excellent shrimp for parties. Defrost and rinse with cool water. Pat dry and sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning. Refrigerator overnight. Layer in a bowl over a bed of ice for serving the next day.

Buy these frequently and their Super Large and OK in a time pinch, but tend to be denser & less tender juicy then say Uncooked shrimp thawed then sautéed in a stove top pan if you have the time. .

This is a precooked product. Typically, I do not like the taste of pre-cooked shrimp. This product is the exception. Tastes very similar to raw shrimp after cooking. Priced right and good flavor and texture.

I Bought these as a replacement for the Colossal Shrimp (Wonderful!!!) Sam's Club used to carry. Shrimp have more shell on than expected and are they are not as clean at the tail portion as cooked shrimp should be. Cooking seems to cause them to toughen and Shrink. Freezing apparently impacts their flavor. Probably will not purchase again.

These were always my go to shrimp for cocktail. They were always really good; firm, tasty and flavorful. The last 3 times I bought them they were super salty that we couldn't even eat them. My wife loves salty things and she could even eat them. It was 3 different lot numbers too! So I've given up on these for now. Hopefully they will get better again in the future but I'd avoid them for now.

First I am from a state that knows seafood taste and how to cook it. i bought these for a snack during the day or to add for my lunch so i didnt have to cook. I thawed a few out over night in the fridge for the next day. got them out rised and patted dry got my cocktail sauce and was so happy to enjoy. im sorry to say they were so tough and chewy like Rubber. I did not heat them up or cook them in anyway because they are fully cooked and i wanted shrimp cocktail. I was very disappointed. I will stick to the other store precooked shrimp

best shrimp for cocktails!!!

Used to be yummy shrimp. Now it's just old, freezer burned chewy gross. Why? Giant Eagle has fresh shrimp.
