I have tried many different brands of store shrimp - all other stores, except Sam's Club Member's Mark cooked shrimp were clear in color and soggy in texture. Every bag I purchase contains between 40-48 Jumbo shrimp. Each shrimp is firm in texture, devained, and delicious in flavor. Oh and my cat loves this shrimp too!!

I've been buying this shrimp since 2013 and have never been disappointed. Typically, I was rinse them and this place them on a pan and sprinkle them with cajun seasoning. I then put them back in their bag and let them marinate in the fridge overnight. For a whole football season my friends thought they were grilled. After serving them the next season, I finally told them my secret.

Don't buy these shrimp!!!!! They were so disgusting!!!! The shrimp were like rubber!!! I'm not even exaggerating a little. Not only were they like rubber, but they had the fishiest smell ever. We tried to cover up the feel and smell with spices, but none of our guests ate them after trying the first one. What a waste of $18. I threw away the receipt so I couldn't even take them back for a refund. DON'T BUY THESE!!!

Another great alternative protein source. I've purchased these many times never an issue. Defrosted them in bowl of water and chow down. 4 out of 5 just because there is always some shell you have to discard and some of the deveining isn't the greatest. So once thaw I always go back and rewash every single one ensuring there's no vein or shell. Otherwise quite tasty.
