After breastfeeding not working out, we had SUCH a hard time finding a formula that didn't upset our little girl's tummy! This was our 6th formula by the time she was 8 weeks old! We'd tried Enfamil and Similac for sensitive bellies, Good Start Soothe (which caused her so much constipation, oddly enough), soy (which is turns out I'm allergic to), and even Alimentum at the doctor's suggestion and none of them worked for her. She was crying so much, spitting up, and by the time we got to the Alimentum, she was barely eating and only keeping down around half of what we could get her to eat. It was so awful! Then her pediatrician suggested we try the Good Start again, but getting a different one. So I bought a can of this without much confidence. We had a different baby from her first bottle! She actually ate 3 ounces, barely spit any of it up, and was able to nap without crying out in her sleep because her belly was hurting. She's such a happy baby now, playing and growing. We're so thankful to have finally found something that she can eat without crying through the entire bottle!

I received this product for free from PINCHme. I found the formula to be adequately comparable to the other name brands of formula, however, the scoop is attached to a large piece of plastic and buried in the powder. I wound up wasting close to a full scoop of powder in my attempt to dig it out.

I could no longer breastfeed 2 weeks after having my son due to medical issues after C-section. The hospital started him on Enfamil Gentlease and that is also what WIC gave. He was very gassy, cried in pain and spit up non stop all day long! I tried 1 bottle of Gerber Gentle and immediate difference! No gas, No spit up and a happy smiling cooing baby! I am so happy to see him so happy now!

I had to used this couple weeks and it broke out my son on his face and head couldn't find the regular one without the hmo. Finally got my hands on some without and his face/head is cleared.. now I won't be able to get the regular one cuz they r getting rid of it.. is there something without the hmo for my son to use?

We got a can of this formula from PinchMe and I am so happy that we were able to try it. We have been using the Gerber Soothe, but I didn’t always feel like it say well on my little one’s stomach. The Gentle gave him no irritation or gas. I love how it clearly labels all its ingredients and how it is benifical to their little bodies.

I received a free sample of Stage 1 Gerber® Good Start® Gentle Powder Infant Formula from PinchMe. I have two kids, and I have used many different formulas! This kind, in particular, has NO FOAM after mixing. This may sound odd, but it makes a HUGE difference. Not only mixing and measuring, but no bubbles in my baby's bottle! It was very gentle on her stomach, easy to mix and measure, and the scoop is super easy to get out. All these little things are huge for a busy, caring mother. I will absolutely be buying this formula.

I received this as a free product from Pinchme and I loved it! My son is breastfed but I always kept at least a container of formula because as a first time mom I was scared he wasn’t getting enough or if I wasn’t able to pump/BF (driving etc) He always made a sour face to the taste of formula but when I gave him this he took it with no problem!! Definitely closest to breastfeeding and they nailed it!

I was a little hesitant using it on my son, he's exclusively breastfed, but we needed something since he was going to spend time with Grandma on our first Date night in over a year. Had tried other brands, and he was not a fan. He would drink maybe an ounce and then throw away the bottle. He would end up a little constipated afterwards. This brand on the other hand, he basically chugged and would keep reaching for the bottle! No spit up, no pain! He's 10 months, but if we ever need more formula, Gerber is our go to!
