Cowboy Steaks were a joy to trim and cut. Not too much fat cap. Sam’s butchers put cut guides on the membranes which are very thoughtfully diligent. Appreciate it. I cut the steaks and a Roast. Easy cleanup. Beautiful marbling. Very nice thickness. The Roast is at the top of the picture. Vacuum packed nicely. I will be using the cap for tallow when searing on the grill , then smoking. These are the best and will continue to buy as freezer space allows!

Great taste and great value, we will definitely keep buying the whole ribeye.

This was an excellent cut of meat

These are great! What a great value and they tasted awesome

I was not expecting that price there was another price so when I saw that price of three hundred forty dollars +..I was surprised that their prices were higher. I wouldn’t have bought them

Please get this back in stock! we love these and like to cut our own steaks to preferred thickness. unfortunately been out of stock for what seems like months

Yes

This roast was melt in your mouth. Could not have been happier!

Falsely priced at 130. +. I didn’t know that I was paying 300.* my problem.
