What can I say about a yellow potato? This bag of yellow potatoes was used in multiple recipes starting with a potato, kale and sausage soup like a popular restaurant chains. It was also used in a delicious potato salad and a parm crusted roasted potato. As always the potatoes were high quality and pleased even my hard to please eater.

There’s a good potatoes, however, there were several potatoes in the bag that with Brown through and through so they had to be thrown away. With that said I am no longer buying anything that is not organic. Unfortunately Sams Club only has three organic items in the produce section.
