Did not realize it had bones and skin. I had to sit there and pick it out so we could eat it. Won’t buy it again.

I REMOVE THE SOFT BONE AND MAKE-IT-UP LIKE TUNA FISH , ALSO USE IT WITH TUNA HELPER(BY HAMBURGER HELPER), GOOD-TASTING AND A GOOD VALUE !!

The salmon is soft in texture. I do no expect pink salmon in the can as it is cooked in high temperature. But overall taste is acceptable.
