I wasn't a lover of black berries until a year ago! I thought the seeds would get stuck in my teeth, but I say them at Sam's and they looked so good I decidedl to try them Oh so good a sweet I cannot stop buying them, the seeds don't bother me at all! Try them they are good for you! Don't let the seeds stop you!

I'm always hesitant to buy fruit because the sweetness and flavor are frequently absent 'these days'. The price was good so I thought I'd try them knowing the kids would eat hem even if they were bland or I could throw them into a smoothie. I was surprised to find these were not only sweet but flavorful; they actually TASTED like blackberries. I went back and bought more.

I bought these for the grocery pick up order. Brought them home in the late afternoon after picking up put them in the fridge and was going to rinse them and put them in a airtight container the following morning when I took them out of the fridge and dumped them into the colander half of them were already mildewed. I ended up throwing the whole container in the trash.

These are a good value but EVERY time we buy them half the package is moldy or becomes moldy within a day. The only reason we keep purchasing them is because $5 for a huge package we throw half away from is still a better deal than $5 for the small package at our main grocery store.

These berries were amazing! Some of the best berries I had. Plus I did not have that problem that I do when I got berries from the grocery store. These did not grow mold on the way home or after a couple of days in the refrig. The were perfect all week and made for a refreshing dessert.

but when I get them I submerge and drain them 4-5 times, while shaking fairly vigorously, in a bath of the hottest water I can stand. This kills, or at least delays the reopening of, spores of fungus/mold that form way too soon if only kept in the refridgerator. I primarily use them to flavor yogurt, either separately or in combo with other fruits, and honey as sweetener.

I just love Driscoll products Because the fruits really sweet and fresh, but several times I’ve had to throw it away because there was so many bad ones in it on the bottom you can’t really see it. You have to go through it to make sure there’s no bad ones other than that. I love the flavor and it’s sweet

Fortunately, fruit in this purchase was delicious. I love blackberries but was hesitant to buy this box because of a previous unfavorable experience. I bought a box of blackberries from Sam’s a few weeks ago, took them home (about a 20-minute drive away) and placed them in my fridge. They were good on the day I bought them. The next day most had molded and the entire remaining contents of the box had to be trashed.

This is the 3rd time I have purchased blackberries and they are already moldy in the center where it can’t be seen. Twice happened about 6 months ago so I held off buying until blackberry season. Nope, still awful and many other containers showed the mold but was just desperate and can usually count on Sams to stock only clean and in great condition produce. At $8 a pop, even more disappointed. I know I could return but a trip to Sam’s is already an event, I don’t want to have to go back same day/week. Please do not display bad produce that is packaged so tight contents can’t be checked. This is asking for them to be dumped out to see quality and ain’t nobody got time for that!

After wasting a lot of money on moldy produce at my local Sam's Club I decided stop purchasing from Sam's Club and buy my produce from my neighborhood grocery store. After my grocery store didn't have blackberries in stock I decided to give Sam's another chance and I was disappointed once again. I inspected the fruit, but I missed the molded fruit at the bottom of the container. I will not be buying produce from Sam's again. I shop at one of THE busiest stores in the metro area so I don't understand why the produce is so bad. It sells very quickly and they are constantly restocking. Clearly, the produce is bad when it comes to the store. If I could have given zero stars I would because it went in the trash as I had no time to go back for a refund.
