Buns were dry and hard- not sure if they had been frozen and thawed or left sitting out before being bagged. Had to toss them.

I don't want too much bread, so these are smaller but tall enough to allow a good stack and squoosh to make a hearty sandwich. Once you taste these you won't want to go back to plain buns.

We bought these buns for brisket sandwiches and they were perfect. I saved the extra to make bread pudding in the future. Can’t go wrong with these brioche buns!

Burger buns with a backbone. Firm~strong bun body doesn't fall apart. Important when youngsters are grasping them while slathered in ketchup mustard ect. Flavorful too. Had some leftovers the next day with just butter and salt / pepper.

Great but seem to mold quickly. GREAT for making smash burgers. I use 85/15 grind of beef and add 2-3 1/8lb smashed patties, seasoned with Weber Gourmet Burger. I only use 2 patties if adding cheese, and condiments.
