Great product ! I’ve been taking this for years due to low iron absorption after omeprazole use. I take 1 a day to maintain good iron levels to built red blood cells. I don’t have enough intake from foods to make up the 18 mg dose. I feel more energized and I have no issues tolerating it. The price is great too !

All orders are ok except nearly always, in to big a box Just a waste. You could save a lot on postage just teach them how to pack.
