Left ear bud does not work

Sound quality is not one of the best and it keeps falling off my ears

One headphone didn't work. Had to send it off to Apple for repair out the box.

The ear buds are very comfortable . They are very easy to load on phone.

perfect, never falls out of your ear while playing basketball. amazing.
