Left earbud did not work immediately after opening. It wouldn't charge or connect when in the ear. Had to contact Apple support and send the Beats out for repair/replacement on the 1st day of having it.

great headphones! the reason im leaving 3 stars is because they hurt my ear. I dont have large ears so its painfull to have them in longer then 5 minutes.

The sound quality is great but the fit is horrible. No matter what size the earpiece is I cannot get them to fit in and stay in my ears. Hopefully they will fit one of my kids.

Not worth the money if you want good headphones just go buy AirPods this company also does not stand by their product don't even buy the “warranty” as it's trash and you still come out of pocket 90$ for damaged or lost pieces

Headphones connect to my phone but only the left ear bud works. The right is registering a full battery but will not play sound or recognize when in ear.

Right earbud never connected to my device. Apparently this is a common issue that I only discovered after trying to troubleshoot the issue. Sound quality on working earbud was decent. Do not recommend with connectivity issues.

One set worked great the other one took 3 days to charge then one wouldn't never connect to phone had to send off to Apple for repairs. They were suppose to be brand new but per Apple they had been previously purchased %26 returned

Overall the buds are great. Especially like the sweat proof feature. I do a lot of workouts at the gym and previous earbuds would just turn off randomly. This one is good Battery Life quality sound and also great for workout

Loved everything about the product except the right one kept falling out of my ear no matter what tip I use. Fell out of my ear even more when working out

Good sound quality and I like the interface with the iPhone but the noise cancelling is bismal, almost non existent. My other buds (Jabra) have a much better ANC.
