Great product. These have a good sound quality, although not as good as previous Beats like the Powerbeats 3, but they are packed with great features. Nearly identical to the AirPods Pro 2 but they actually stay in my ears, well better at least. Even with the largest ear tip installed the left bud falls out occasionally.

I've been wearing these for a week, hoping to break them in. Both sections of my ears that it's possible to fit the wingtips into are in a ton of pain (I keep switching them trying to find a comfortable position), no matter what size of rubber earpiece I use. I've never had this problem with earbuds before. They also keep disconnecting at random and I have to re-pair them constantly-- I have a Google Pixel. The sound quality is decent but not $200 decent. My $100 over the ear Sony headphones have better sound quality.

i lost my powerbeats pros about a week ago and decided to switch to these and let me tell u. the vocals-Crisp, the bass-electric, and the size-nimble. I just got these and ive already been lost in them for hours. They dont have powerbeat's battery life, but they exceed on every other level. Great for every type of music. 100% recommend them. (P.S. i loved my powerbeats, other then the charging problems, so for me to say this means alot.)

I used to love beats. Ive had several in yeas past but the last 3yrs Ive had Raycons and love them except i have to get new ones about every year cause the one bud I use most always messes up. So i decided to try beats again. The sound quality isnt that great and the bass is not there. Plus they are not comfortable. They used to be so much better than this. What happened Beats??

Extremely uncomfortable. Changing tips doesn't help to sit comfortably in the natural shape of the human ear canal. Better to go with another option with oval shape, like AirPods Pro. That said, if they fit your ear, the sound quality and noise canceling is great.

it's not as loud as i thought it would be when i make or receive phone calls

I love my beats. Sound quality is good. Noise canceling works well and I can use Find My iPhone to locate lost earbuds.
